'Herd immunity': Pushing a coastal community to become fireproof after the Palisades fire

Karen Martinez lost her home in the Palisades Fire. Now, she's trying to convince her entire neighborhood of Sunset Mesa to rebuild their homes as fire-proof in hopes of achieving herd immunity as a community.
